To enrich corporate culture, relieve employees’ work pressure, and further strengthen team cohesion and centripetal force, the Trade Union of Changsha Zuxing New Materials Co., Ltd. carefully organized a company-wide team-building tour from August 6 to August 11. Through diverse and heartwarming group activities, the company demonstrated its people-oriented corporate care.
Multiple premium travel routes were well-planned for this activity. Employees set off in groups to experience distinctive scenery across destinations. Some traveled to Singapore and Malaysia to experience exotic customs; others embraced the grandeur of grasslands, mountains and seas; some wandered ancient towns in Chaoshan and enjoyed coastal views; and others explored the picturesque landscapes of Guilin reminiscent of traditional Chinese ink paintings. Temporarily stepping away from busy work, all staff relaxed and communicated during the trip, fully embodying the positive and vibrant spirit of the Zuxing team.
Notably, the local tour guide for the Singapore-Malaysia route was an overseas Chinese. She holds deep affection for her motherland and takes immense pride in China’s growing prosperity, offering attentive service to fellow Chinese compatriots. Her enthusiastic commentary and thoughtful care along the journey allowed colleagues to deeply feel the sincere bond connecting compatriots at home and abroad.
Though the journey stretches far, our original aspiration remains unchanged. We advance side by side to achieve win-win results. During the trip, employees supported one another and engaged in harmonious exchanges, effectively strengthening bonds within the team, boosting the sense of belonging, breaking down inter-departmental barriers and fostering collaborative synergy. The relaxing and pleasant atmosphere enabled everyone to recharge and stay grounded amid leisure.
